One drive. Every branch, every batch.

Share one enrolment code and let students register themselves. Talyn runs the interviews, the proctoring and the scoring, so your placement cell reviews one ranked shortlist per recruiter instead of a hall full of resumes.

The problem
The scale

The batch grew. The placement process did not.

A placement cell of three or four people is now responsible for putting an entire multi branch batch in front of recruiters, one scheduled round at a time.

Intake is climbing again after a long plateau. Every extra thousand students in a batch is another thousand first rounds that somebody has to schedule, invigilate and score before a recruiter sees a single name.

The problem
The gap

Enrolled is not the same as employable.

Employability has improved for four years running and is still short of six in ten. The students who fall outside that share are rarely identified until drive week, when it is too late to do anything about it.

The problem
The outcome

Even the top of the pyramid has a placement gap now.

If elite institutions are leaving more than a third of a batch unplaced, the problem is not student quality alone. It is throughput: too few first rounds, too late in the season.

State level placement rates from the same AICTE series run from roughly 80% in Delhi to 43% in Kerala. The variance is not explained by syllabus. It tracks how much recruiter attention a campus can attract and process.

The problem
The cost

A placement that does not match the qualification is still counted as a placement.

The national picture is not only unemployment. It is underemployment, and it starts with a first round that never tested what the student can actually do.

WHAT IT MEANS

Tier 2 and tier 3 campuses are being looked at

Ahmedabad and Jaipur both grew 21%. Recruiters are willing to hire outside the usual campuses. What stops them is the cost of travelling to run first rounds there.

THE OPENING

Comparable scores travel where recruiters cannot

A ranked shortlist scored on the same rubric as every other campus removes the reason a recruiter skips your college.

The product
The answer

Every student who enrols is one interview away from a shortlist.

Talyn takes the wide end of the drive, the whole batch, and narrows it to the students a recruiter actually needs to meet, without your TPO office scheduling a single first round.

01

No roster upload

Share one enrolment code per drive. Students register themselves with student ID and mobile number, verified by OTP at registration.

02

No scheduling calls

Thousands of students interview in parallel across every branch and batch, in windows that default to IST and stay valid for 72 hours.

03

One ranked list per recruiter

Each drive is scoped to a company and role, so several run in parallel without the shortlists mixing.

Drive day stops being a first look and becomes a formality: the recruiter arrives already knowing who they came for.

How a drive runs

Four steps from enrolment code to ranked shortlist.

1ENROL

Share one code

Students register themselves against the drive code. Name, student ID and mobile, confirmed by OTP.

2ASSESS

Aptitude and skills

Readiness tracking runs before drive season, so you know which students have cleared which rounds.

3INTERVIEW

AI round, in parallel

A structured video interview and a sandboxed coding round, every branch and batch at once.

4SHORTLIST

One list per company

Ranked, with scorecards and recordings attached, in the same format every recruiter on Talyn sees.

Steps one to three take no placement cell time beyond sharing a code. Your team joins at step four, which is the only step where judgement is actually needed.

Integrity

A remote round your recruiters will actually accept the result of.

A shortlist is only useful if the recruiting company trusts how it was produced.

IDENTITY

OTP at enrolment

Name, student ID and mobile confirmed by OTP, with no manual verification step for your office.

SESSION

Tab switch detection

Zero tolerance on the interview round, a small logged margin on coding rounds.

SANDBOX

Network locked judge

Student code runs in an isolated executor with no outbound network and hard resource ceilings.

VISION

Proctoring, opt in

Camera based review flags look aways so exceptions get reviewed, not every recording.

A dropped connection pauses

It does not fail the session. A camera drop is a flag on the scorecard for a human to weigh, not an automatic disqualification.

Nothing to install

Interviews and coding rounds run in the browser, on the hardware your students already have. No client, no extension, no lab setup.

A student outside a partnered college is not locked out.
